Data Analyst - operations reporting (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Construction Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in materials orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
