Data Analyst - operations reporting (Reno, NV)

Bluepeak Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Reno with personal care and coordination, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 601 people based in Reno. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
