Data Analyst - operations reporting (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rowan Civic Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Reno. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in procurement and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
