Data Analyst - operations reporting (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on packing house output. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
