Data Analyst - operations reporting (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
