Data Analyst - operations reporting (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Timber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Reno, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 800 people based in Reno. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
