Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Silverline Willow Community Partners runs community programmes across Louisville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
