Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Foxglove North Property Management looks after rental homes across the Tulsa area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on unit turnovers. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
