Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Northwind Birch Care Services Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis.
