Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fern Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
