Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Property Management Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
