Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Nova Wilder Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
