Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Dallas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
