Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bright Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
