Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Mill Arts Center and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
