Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Technologies supports drug development and manufacturing around Savannah. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
