Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Associates supports families and individuals in Birmingham with personal care and coordination, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
