Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Nova Iron Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
