Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Maple Housing Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
