Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Farms Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 602 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis.
