Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Mill Care Services Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
