Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Summit Ember Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease compliance.
