Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Northwind Nest Staffing Group places workers with employers around Little Rock. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
