Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Foxglove Kestrel Markets is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 668 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
