Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Northwind Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Little Rock region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
