Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Knoxville region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
