Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Field Staffing Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
