Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Clear Health Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
