Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Bright Drift Hospitality Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
