Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Thistle Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
