Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Stonegate River Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Colorado Springs, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
