Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Pike Insurance Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in policy renewals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
