Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Bright Markets is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
