Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Redstone Ridge Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
