Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on retention. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
