Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Bright Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
