Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Amberfield Cross Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
