Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Foxglove Pine Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Miami plant. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in tooling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
