Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
