Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Clearpath Ashton Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Dallas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 460 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
