Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Cedar Lakeside Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
