Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Lumen Wren Foods Group is a Knoxville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
