Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Lumen West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
