Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Rivermark Corner Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
