Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Silverline Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Little Rock serving students and families, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
