Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Beacon Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
