Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Nest Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
