Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Lumen Drift Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Sacramento, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
