Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners runs community programmes across Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
