Data Analyst - operations reporting (remote)

Foxglove Lantern Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Knoxville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on change orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
